Thanks A Lot Target

If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter then you know that I have a MAJOR bone to pick with the people at Target. About a week or so ago I ordered Ariyanna's dress for her kindergarten graduation. I had looked every where and did not have any luck at finding her a dress until I went on target.com. I ordered the dress immediately, but what I got was a boat load of bullshit.

I ordered the dress on the right because it was perfect for the occasion, the dress code is all white and that it would go with a really cute shrug and sandals that she already had. Imagine how surprised I was when I opened the packaging and found this cute little lace dress with a hot pink under lining. Talk about heated! I probably wouldn't have been so upset except for the fact that they never informed me that they were sending a different dress and the fucker is PINK! After a pitching a major bitch fit I called their customer service line. The really nice guy I talked to informed that the dress is out of stock online (when I checked last night it was still on the site), it's also out of stock at both the Targets closest to me and that I could exchange it, but it would take up to two weeks. I would've exchanged but her graduation is Tuesday which means we are STUCK with this dress. They did however give me a 10% ($2.14) discount and said the would launch an "investigation" into the matter. After that I went on a social media tirade telling them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram how much they SUCK. I got response back on Facebook saying to email them my concerns which I did, but I already knew I wouldn't get a response. Needless to say that I will never order from them again. I'm going to inform my daughter's teacher of this incident and hope that they will let her wear this dress during the ceremony if not then I have no idea what we're going to do about it because one it was hard as hell to find an all white dress within my budget in the first place and two I seriously doubt I will find one in the next 3 days. So once again thanks a lot Target you have been a big help in possibly ruining one of the biggest days of baby's young life. I hope you're proud.

Dear Shan- Having you home and being able to wake to you every morning has been great. I know you're dying to get back to work and I'm sure you'll find something soon. Until then just try to enjoy your time home because it's only a matter of time until you'll be going full swing again.

Dear Divas- The last day of school is only 12 days away!! I think I may be a little more excited about it than you guys are.

Dear Mama- You drive me crazy, but I love you so I deal.

Dear Self- Stress isn't good for you, try to relax a little.

Dear Blog- I'm sorry many of posts have been kinda boring a little whiney lately. It'll get better.

Dear Computer- I need to replace you ASAP! If you would've been just a little better I'm sure I would've snagged that job with Direct TV.

Dear Kitchen- Today I shall clean you, maybe.

Dear Readers- Thanx for stopping by and I hope you have a great weekend.

Dream House Pt. 1

Hey you guys! So I have been decorating my dream house in my mind for sometime now and I have decided to share some of my favorite home decor with you guys today. Keep in my mind I am like most girls who love pretty things not matter the cost, but these designs are probably way out of my budget and some are totally doable with a little thrifting and or DIYing. Either way I hope you guys enjoy a look inside of my "Dream House".

First up the exterior. I haven't decided yet if I want this house of mine off in the woods somewhere or smack dab in the middle of the city, but I do know I want it to be whimsical and inviting.

I want the living area to be just as inviting as the outside with lots of light and happy colors. The picture on the left is something I know for sure Shan would like, the middle is all me and the right seems to be a happy blending of the two.

Last we have the kitchen/dinning room. In my mind the living room flows right into this area so that I would be able to still interact with the family or guests while cooking. Once again natural light and space are big into the theme. Each of these match the over all feel of at least one the the living areas, but the one of left is my absolute favorite.

So there you have it the first part of my dream house tour. Stay tuned for the next post in this short series which will show guys my ideal bedroom, workspace and kid's rooms. So have you decorated your dream house yet? Have a Pinterest or We Heart It board dedicated to it? I'd love to see it!
